I am sorry about your Happy Home Clear Imitation Vanilla turning a brown color. One of the ingredients in this flavor is light and heat sensitive and both will turn the solution from a crystal-clear to a brown tinted, clear liquid. You can use this flavor, still, but obviously you don't want to tint your white icings. The flavor is still SAFE to use.
Please note that we are working diligently to replace the current supplier of the ingredient that causes this issue with another supplier. Early tests show this new ingredient to be working well.
