Happy Home Natural Lemon Flavor, if stored properly, should last for at least three years. Although it doesn't have to be kept in a refrigerator, it should be kept there after opening, to ensure its full flavor and aroma. Be sire to shake it vigorously prior to using it in your recipe, as the oils, water and other ingredients may settle as this will bring your Happy Home Natural Lemon Flavor back into solution. (Note that our Happy Home Natural Orange Flavoring has the same storage recommendations as our lemon flavor.)
